Account & data control

Delete your PlainDeck account

Remove your account and its active learning library.

In the app

  1. Open PlainDeck and sign in.
  2. Open Settings using the account/settings icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Delete account, confirm, and complete sign-in/password verification.

Without access to the app

Use the form below and select Account / data deletion request. Use the email linked to your account. We will verify ownership before deleting data; do not send your password.

Request account or data deletion

You may also email nvpz1598@gmail.com.

Delete selected learning data and keep your account

You can delete individual cards, decks or folders from your library without closing your account. To request help removing selected data, use the same form, choose Account / data deletion request, and describe what you want removed while keeping your account. We verify ownership before acting. Your account profile and other learning data remain; restricted recovery backups and minimal security records follow the retention described in our Privacy Policy.

What is removed

Your active folders, decks, cards, and review history are removed, assistant tokens revoked, and the Firebase sign-in account deleted. Minimal security identifiers, recovery backups, and separately retained provider purchase/support records are described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel renewal in your App Store or Google Play account before deleting your account.
